Guardinage and Seasonal Services
- Weekly engine(s) running for one hour, general observation, oil and coolant check
- Checking the bow thruster and its battery (if available on the boat)
- Level control of service and engine batteries and charging if necessary
- Checking the battery charger
- Control of interior lighting lamps and navigation lights
- Control and operation of the mechanical and electrical parts of the windlass
- Operation and control of electronic navigation devices
- Bilge control
- Control of all valves connected to the sea
- Control of bilge pumps, water pump, shower drain pumps and toilet pumps
- Control of fresh water and waste water installations inside the boat
- Control of mooring lines, fenders
- Control of standing and running equipment on deck
- Washing outside of the boat
- Ventilation of the boat interior. Corrosion and mold control
- Ventilation of cockpit hatches and stowage of supplies
- Operation and control of devices such as generator, air conditioner, water maker, heater, inverter, etc., if present on the boat
- Storing exterior cushions inside the boat
- Washing the service boat and water sports equipment (SUP, canoe, etc.) with fresh water after the cruise and storing them on the deck
- Checking the sails after the cruise
- Ensuring boat safety by taking additional precautions as required by weather conditions
Wintering & Pre-Season Services
According to the owner request the following services will be carried out.
HULL / DECK / SECURITY
- Haul out of the boat
- Preparation of the hull for antifouling paint and application of antifouling
- Replacement of propeller, shaft, keel anodes
- Inspection and maintenance of propeller, shaft, rudder, shaft bearing, saildrive (if any)
- Inspection of bow thruster (if any) and maintenance
- Inspection and maintenance of all valves connected to the sea
- Inspection and cleaning of the depth sounder transducer
- Repair of gelcoat/fiberglass damage on all sides and deck
- Paste and polish application to the entire hull and deck
- Cleaning and polishing all stainless steel parts on the deck
- Inspection of windlass, cleaning and lubricating the internal parts
- Dismantling of all winches on deck, cleaning and lubrication of gears and bearings
- Washing the anchor and chain with fresh water, hot galvanizing if necessary and marking the chain
- Inspection of fenders, cleaning and inflate if necessary
- Inspection of all mooring lines and washing them with fresh water. Change the necessary ones
- Inspection of life raft by an authorized service for periodic control and service
- Inspection of pyrotechnic materials (flares) and renewal of expired ones
- Inspection and ventilation of life jackets
- Inspection of fire extinguishers by an authorized service
- Inspection of first aid kit and renewing out-of-date materials
- Physical and tightness inspection of all portholes and hatches
- Physical inspection of guardrail posts and wires
- Physical con inspection of eye bolts and anchors on deck
- Inspection of all teak surfaces and application of protective products
RIG / SAIL
- Dismantling, washing the sails and making necessary repairs
- Visual inspection of all standing rig, (mast(s), stays, shrouds, spreaders, boom) and connection terminals. Making tunning
- Washing the mast from top to bottom
- Visual inspection of the components such as pulleys, lights, windex, antennas, radar reflectors etc. located on and on the top of the mast
- Inspection of all running rigging (halyards, sheets, pulleys, etc) and rinsing with fresh water and replacement if necessary
ELECTRIC
- Inspection and level testing of all batteries
- Applying protective spray to the terminals in the electrical installation
- Inspection of 12/220 V distribution panels
- Inspection of all lighting lamps and navigation lights and applying anti-corrosion spray
- Testing and calibration of all electronic devices, software updates if necessary
- Completing the missing spare fuses
PLUMPING
- Cleaning and ventilation of the entire bilge
- Inspection and cleaning all fresh water and waste water tanks. Replacing hoses if necessary
- Inspection and maintenance of bilge, fresh water, shower drain pumps
- Inspection and dismantling and maintaining toilet pumps
- Inspection and maintenance of the water heater (boiler)
COOKER/OVEN
- Dismantling and detailed cleaning and maintenance of the stove and oven
- Physical control of LPG gas cylinders, installations inside the boat, regulators and hoses and replacement if necessary
- Detailed cleaning of refrigerators, leakage control, gas control and top up the gas if necessary
ENGINE
- Periodic maintenance of the engine and all associated equipment
- Periodic maintenance of the transmission
- Outboard engine maintenance
INTERIOR
- Cleaning and touching up all wooden furniture
- Sanding and varnishing wood which can be varnished
- Cleaning and ventilation of seating cushions and cabin mattresses. Making repairs if necessary
Concierge Services
- Detailed interior cleaning
